Shipping and returns

1. Made to order
Every pair is built after you order it, to your own design and size. There is no stock to ship from, so production begins only once your order is accepted.
2. Each pair ships to its wearer
A company’s order can cover several people; each pair is shipped directly to the wearer named on it, not to the buyer, unless the wearer’s address is the same.
3. Returns
Because each pair is made to order for one person’s design and size, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects, not for a change of mind or a sizing preference discovered after wear. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your pair arrives defective.
