1. The service

Koobz lets you design custom footwear in the browser and order it, made to order, one pair at a time. Real Footwear. Digitally Crafted. Expertly Engineered.™

2. Accounts and organisations

An account belongs to an organisation: a company (an HR buyer invites their people by email; only an invited address may join) or an individual (an organisation of one). A company organisation’s owner or admin may invite members and set who may spend against the company’s saved card, up to a per-person cap; the wearer covers any remainder. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself.

3. Orders and pricing

Each silhouette has one flat price, shown before you order. Every pair is made to order and becomes final at technician acceptance — the point our team reviews your design and confirms it will build correctly; before that point, an order may still be corrected or refused if it cannot be built. Once accepted, an order proceeds to manufacture and shipping, each pair to its own wearer.

Each pair is manufactured only for you, after payment is collected. When your employer’s saved card covers some or all of the price, that company share is charged to the employer’s card under the arrangement between you and your employer, up to your employer’s own per-person cap; you pay any remainder yourself, and the employer’s card is never charged beyond that cap. If our technician rejects a design as unbuildable, or if an order is cancelled before it enters production, everything charged for it is refunded; once printing has started there is no return for a change of mind — each pair is built to your own design and cannot be resold. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

4. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of any artwork or text you upload or create in the configurator; ordering a pair grants Koobz a licence to print it on that pair and to keep a copy as a manufacturing and support record. Koobz keeps all rights to its own manufacturing process, geometry and software; nothing in this service licenses those to you.

5. Acceptable use

Use the configurator only for artwork you have the right to print. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, and do not attempt to use the service outside its intended surface-customisation features.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
